Processing and Delivery Times
Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 1-2 days from the time of shipment. Most metropolitan deliveries are received next day, where the order is received between Monday - Friday and prior to midday. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra 3-4 days depending on your location.
Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 3-10 days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com
All orders are processed within 14 days. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.
Currency, Taxes and Duty
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Changes to Your Order
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Millicent Elizabeth accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.
Shipments, which are rejected by the receiver, may result in the customer incurring redirection fee. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
