Returns + Exchanges
You may return or exchange (where available) your Millicent Elizabeth Online Store purchase for any reason, including sale items, subject to adherence to these terms.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 10 days from the date of purchase for Australian orders, and 12 days from the date of shipment for international orders. Items received outside this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.
Email us through our contact us page on our website to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number), quoting your order number. You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund.
We can only exchange items for a different size. Due to the select nature of our merchandise, we regret we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange.
When returning goods, please enclose:
- Your RA number
- Your receipt
- Your goods for return, including packaging
- Please return your goods.
Where to send your return
For all returns, please either mail the item back to us or use a courier company of your choice.
Express Mail: For returns sent by mail, please use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted timeframe. Please post returns sent by mail to;
Courier: For returns sent by courier, please use a reputable courier company such as DHL and return your goods to;

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost), directly to the credit card used for purchase. We endeavor to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. Items we exchange will be resent at our own cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
Millicent Elizabeth is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
